Return Policy

 

We hope you will be satisfied with our products and we will do our best to make it . 

However, if you are not satisfied with your order or there is any problem with the product, you can return it within 7 days of receipt. If the return is delayed due to your personal reasons, it will be rejected.

Return guide:

Please send a return request to our customer service email address and please attached below information:

① Your order number

② Photos of the dress (showing the problem with the dress)

③ Reason for return

Once customer service approves your request, please ship the item back to us as soon as possible. In addition, please send us proof of postage (receipt + tracking number) by email. Note: The returned item must be in new condition, which means you can try the dress on, but make sure it is not stretched or has any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund immediately. Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method within 48hours days (processing time depends on your payment method and bank). The original shipping fee and return shipping fee will not be refunded.

Note:

We do not accept returns for try-on items. 

This means if you only wanted one item but you bought two or more to try on and then  return the one/several items you don't want. In this case, we do not accept this return request.

Custom sizes, styles or colors cannot be returned because they are tailor-made for you. However,we will help you as much as possible.

 

Return Shipping Fee:

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not have any return or shipping labels, please pay for your own shipping. We recommend that you understand the local shipping costs. International shipping costs are not within our control, please understand. We are not responsible for your shipping costs.
